SCHEDULING:
YOU CAN SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT BY CALLING 518 399-9200 .WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION BY PHONE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGE FOR THE FULL PRICE OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
LATE ARRIVALS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
OUR SCHEDULING IS DESIGNED TO PERMIT THE APPROPRIATE TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE. A LATE ARRIVAL WILL DEPRIVE YOU OF YOUR TREATMENT TIME. IF YOU ARE 20 MINUTES PLUS LATE FOR A HOUR OR LONGER SERVICE WE WILL CONSIDER YOU A "NO SHOW" AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL SERVICE.
ON A 3O MINUTE SERVICE IF YOU ARE 10 MINUTES PLUS LATE YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO SHOW" AND CHARGE FULL PRICE FOR THE SERVICE.
COURTESY CALLS:
A COURTESY CALL IS USUALLY 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AS A REMINDER. THERE ARE HOWEVER SOME TIMES WHERE WE CANNOT MAKE THIS CALL HOWEVER IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU GIVE US A EMAIL ADDRESS AND COURTESY EMAIL CAN BE SENT AS WELL.
